Step 6. Locate a Bluetooth Module inside the Pro-Tuner box, and connect it to the white connector on the harness.
Step 7. Locate a power wire from the Pro-Tuner harness. And connect the power wire inside the fuse box as shown in the picture.
Step 8. Connect the canbus OBD2 cable located under the fuse box inside the vehicle by the driver side. Now you should have blue wires(Lambda O2 wires), green wires(Speed Limiter Delete wires), small white connector(Firmware Update Connector), and 2pin grey connector(V2 Pro-Tuner Meth Injection system connector). Bundle them up nicely and use a few zip ties to hold them, and place it under the intake box.
Step 9. Connect the Battery, put the intake scoop back on.
Step 10. Connect the Pro-Tuner ECU to the main harness, and use 3M double sided tapes to secure them on top of the fuse box. (Make sure to cover & protect them from water damage when you are washing the vehicle.) We can not warranty units that have physical damaged, including water damage.
When you are done with the install, it should look like this.
Step 17: Grab your Android/Apple iOS device, install the following PROSS app from Google Play store based on the manufacture date. (*V1 does not have any manufacture date listed on the back)
Link to download Pro-Tuner V2.5 App(Manufacture date 2020+): PROSS BT V2.5 *You can check the Manufacture date stamped behind the Pro-Tuner ECU after disconnecting it from the harness.*
Step 18: Start the vehicle. Launch the app & press Connect. Step 20. Give it a minute for the phone to pair and connect. Once its up and running, confirm the 3 indicators (Bluetooth,OBD2,Uncle Chip) on the app are red. If you can't connect to it, try closing and re-opening the app. If it still doesn't pair and connect, re-install the app and repeat the process. *If you have a check engine light & the app won't connect properly, go to DTC tab and press "Read Codes."
Turn off the vehicle & Put the vehicle on ON Position without the engine on, and use the app to delete codes.
The codes are related to the MAP & BOOST sensors, and it means the connectors are either put on backwards, or it's not making proper connection. Check and fix the connections, and start the vehicle to proceed.
Step 21. Go to Settings > Select Module Mode > and choose your mode. It should be defaulted to 91 Mode.
