Sensor Location reference picture:
Step 1: Disconnect the battery
Step 2: Locate the section of cable labeled "MAP" from the ProTuner main harness. Disconnect the factory MAP sensor plug, and connect the Pro-Tuner MAP sensor cable.
Step 3: Locate the Y-cable labeled as "CRANK" from the Pro-Tuner box. Disconnect the factory CRANK sensor cable, and connect the Pro-Tuner CRANK sensor cable on each end of the factory plugs. Locate the matching plug from the Pro-Tuner main harness and connect the other end of the crank cable.
Step 4: Locate the section of cable labeled "BOOST" from the ProTuner main harness. Disconnect the factory BOOST sensor plug, and connect the Pro-Tuner BOOST sensor cable on each end of the factory cable. *Note: The BOOST map sensor is located on the pipe before the throttle body, and it looks just like the Map sensor you connected on the Step 2.
Step 5: Locate the CANbus cable from the Pro-Tuner and connect it to the CANbus port located next to the engine by the passenger side. Use electrical tapes to secure the connection. *Note: If your vehicle model is the Elantra GT Sport, please see the next step.
Step 5: For the Elantra GT Sport models, the CANbus port design is slightly different, and you must position the CANbus plug one slot to the right, in order to make proper connection as shown in the photos below. Use electrical tapes to secure the connection.
*If your vehicle does not have a CANbus OBD port under the hood, it should have the in-cabin Canbus OBD-II connector kit instead. Route the in-cabin Canbus harness through the grommet, and connect it to the in-cabin CANbus OBD-II port.
Step 6: Locate the Bluetooth Module from the Pro-Tuner box, and connect it to the matching plug on the Pro-Tuner harness.
Step 7: (Optional Speed Limiter Canceler(Green Wires) - Coming Soon)
Step 8: Use electrical tapes on each end of the Blue & Green wires as they are not used.
Step 9: Locate and connect the power wire from the Pro-Tuner to terminal location inside the fuse box.
Step 10: Connect the main harness to the Pro-Tuner ECU. Use Velcro fastener to mount the Pro-Tuner ECU & Bluetooth module on the desired location under the engine bay. Mount the Pro-Tuner ECU away from hood gaps to avoid water infiltration. *If you are washing the vehicle, please secure the harness & Pro-Tuner ECU from getting wet. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
Step 11: Connect the Battery
Step 12: The 2 Pin Gray connector is for the V2 ICM (Water Meth Injection System) & 4 pin white connector is a developer firmware update cable. Use electrical tape to seal them as they are not being used. The V2 Meth Injection system can be purchased @https://www.lap3usa.com/product-page/pro-tuner-v2-meth-injection-kit
Step 13: Check the Manufacture date stamped behind the Pro-Tuner ECU. Grab your Android device, install the following PROSS app from Google Play store based on the manufacture date. (*V1 does not have any manufacture date listed on the back)
Link to download Pro-Tuner V1.0 App(Manufacture date 2018): PROSS BT V1
Link to download Pro-Tuner V2.0 App(Manufacture date 2019): PROSS BT V2
Link to download Pro-Tuner V2.5 App(Manufacture date 2020): PROSS BT V2.5 Step 14: Start the car and pair the device through the Bluetooth Setting. *If you have V2.5, skip the bluetooth pairing process as it doesn't need to be paired
Step 15: When you open the app, it will ask you for serial#. The Serial numbers are located behind the Bluetooth module. Once its up and running, confirm the 3 indicators (Bluetooth,OBD2,Uncle Chip) on the app are red.
Step 16: Select the ECU CONTROL MODE button and to choose your mode.

Step 17: Enjoy!
Got it installed but the dongle is the only thing highlighting in the app. The uncle chip/obd2 aren't highlighting and the real time data does not appear. Please help
I'm having problems installing the box. How can I find a video of the installation
2.5 but there is no manufacturer date on the back of the unit.
I'm having a problem with it not connecting to my phone. It says it needs the app to pair. I do have the app downloaded and the serial number in connectly..
I recommend installing a fuse inline, close to the fuse box. It's a little crazy to have such a long thin power wire go completely un-fused, if it were to get pinched somewhere or melted by something hot that wire will catch fire, and if you're unlucky other things will too.
Also, I had my bluetooth disconnect while I was driving, and couldn't reconnect even after restarting the car a few times. In case anyone else has this issue, I unplugged and re-plugged the wiring harness and was good to go.
Does anyone have a more detailed user "manual" for the pross app, more specifically, what each adjustment in user mode changes?
What is the price?
What will whp be with these mods, catless downpipe, muffler delete, intake and pro tuner 93 octane?
